Dear CORDIA COMMUNICATIONS;
I am writing this in reference to account number XXXXXXXX for telephone number (732) XXX XXXX. Your customer service on the telephone is lousy. I have just lodged a complaint with the regulators at the FCC concerning the victimization and slamming of my telephone to you as the local, regional and long distance carrier. The FCC has been requested to take full and strict action against you for the same.
Your misrepresentation to us that you are part of Verizon and had their authorization to offer us a savings plan over the subscribed "FREEDOM PACKAGE" was illegal and illegitimate. We have decided not to pay your invoices until we hear from you or the FCC to whom we have complained.
Please do call us in case you want to explain your actions and receive payment for the services provided which is just from May 22, 2005 through June 27, 2005 and not the 2 months that you have billed. We are glad to be back with the services provided by Verizon as of yesterday it is our decision.
