I have begun receiving collection calls from the above listed company. They say that I should be able to tell them where to find an individual that I knew 18-20 years ago. They will not take "NO" for an answer. They tell me that they are perfectly within their rights to call me whenever they want. Yesterdatm they told me that they were removing my phone number from their files, but guess what? I got a call first thing this morning.

I recieved a call from a Ms. Banks and a JOE LUELLEN cursing me and calling irresponsible for having a bill go in to collections. They are the most nasty people in the world lying about all my information and saying they would ruin my credit if I did'nt pay what I owed right away. They would not allow me to pay by check only if I set up a check by phone now would be the only way to pay because I was a lying irresponsible person. What gives these people the right to treat you this way?
