i went in for a polish change and asked to purchase the bottle that they were using on me, this has never been a problem at the other regal nails in oklahoma city, the manager said 5.00 i offered her 3 since the bottle had been used, i spent on the average of a 120.00 in the salon a month so she could have worked out a deal with me, she was so rude and hateful that i walked out so i think that we should boycott regail nails because the techs always are the cell phone and are never giving you there full attention, i know i will never step foot in regal nails again.
