Corporate Office I have a complaint on how Customers as myself are getting ripped off. I bought a HP Computer and took it home and know Operating system was installed on this Unit. I was charged 15% of the cost of the unit I returned, It was confirmed by Circuit City employee that this computer software was not installed correctly, but would be charged $106.00 for stocking fees.
