Bank of America: credit card account ending in 8739

Dear Complaints,

In 2001 my girlfriend and I entered in to an agreement for a fixed 7.99% credit card. In 2002 the rate was changed to variable. In 2003 the rate was changed to 11.99%. In 2004 the rate was changed again to 17.99%, over double the rate we originally agreed upon. This is consumer fraud! We lured in by a

fixed rate of 7.99% which was over doubled within 2 years of having the account. This is a complete example of consumer fraud!
