Complaint on Pathetic After Sales Service.
I have purchased a Whirlpool Ref. IM 350 and it has a module problem. I did place a complaint with the dealer (Vijay Sales -Prabhadevi ). The complaint no. is 060601 and it was registered approx. 3 WEEKS BACK.( 6th June 2005) I have followed up with the Whirlpool centre at the no. 56950695 over 20 odd times in the past weeks. The response that I get is that "The module will be available by the weekend". I have spoken to the Supervisor named HARISH SALIAN on 2 occassions and he had lied to me that the part was to be replaced in the next two days. I had a word with him today (22nd June 05) as well and he had the same thing to say. Infact he promised me that the part will be replaced this evening. Another person I spoke to one after which he refuses to answer my calls is RICHARD RAVIPRASAD. He is suppose to be the Deputy mgr. for Mumbai services. This person is absolutely disinterested in what I had to say and showed little or no concern about my problem. He infact came across as one with a lot of attitude and one with an indifferent nature. I have a seroius complaint with such an individual handling a position at Mumbai Level. Whirlpool has exhibited 3rd grade, substandard and the lowest possible level of customer service that I have ever experienced. Right from the PEOPLE to the PATHETIC SERVICE, the company all in all comes into poor light with such TRAUMATIC EXPERICENCES. We all know that sales for a company happen 80% by word of mouth and the remaining is just your advertising. I WILL ENSURE THAT I TELL ALL THE PEOPLE I KNOW OF THIS BITTER EXPERIENCE THAT I HAD.
