reservationrewards reservationrewards
My experience with Reservationrewards: Noticed the same day that there was a ten dollar debit to my account. The bank said to file a reg "E" (fraudulent withdrawal) form but they had already found an 800 number for the company. I called from the bank, spoke with a rep and then her supervisor. They said they'd credit my account in 3-5 days.
Got home, checked my account on line and saw that they had done the same thing last month. Called them again, brought it to their attention and they said they'd credit that too. We'll see. The number is 800-732-7031. This situation begins, at least sometimes, with Classmates.com. It's a sneaky little scam when you accept terms and conditions with that site (and probably others). The Better Business Bureau is aware of this and indicates it's working with Reservationrewards on it. But nothing has changed. ronald Click this link to e-mail the message author: Email User From: Message Author (click here to email author) Date: Thursday, 23-Jun-05 00:00:00 CDT Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This |
