Haven Spa in Rhinebeck NY

The business is the Haven Spa in Rhinebeck NY. Just wanted to warn people who go there NOT to wear any jewelry. I went there and had a $400.00 diamond heart necklace stolen right out from under me! I was asked to take it off and I put it right into my pocketbook...then I had a facial and it was not in my pocketbook when I went to put it back on. I immediately brought it to the attention of the owner and she supposedly looked all over the place and did not "find" it.

It was absolutely stolen..... no question about it. I was disappointed in the owners response to what was an obvious problem with someone on her staff. This was a couple of years ago when it first opened. I hope she has the problem solved by now. But just be aware. I never wear jewelry now when I go to a Spa.
