Hi, Godday.com is the worst company I have ever dealt with, I must have spoken to 20 of their representatives and each one of them is more dummer than the first one. Anything that slightly outside the script and they are lost, they will just keep repeating themselves. Anyone reads this (I hope more people

do) please please DO NOT deal with this company, they are absolutely hopeless. We received a notification about our domain will expire in 30 days, we promptly contacted Godday and ask them t renew our domain. To our surprise although the domain is registered under our company name, we were not able to pay Godday.com to renew. We were told to fill up a change form and fax it to them. This was done and followed up with numerous emails to COMPLAINTS.COM_FORM_MAIL_74596# (given to us by godday.com customer service

representative) but received no reply. Each we called their customer service we were told to wait for the Change people to get back to us. In the end the 30 day period passed and now our website is no longer up and running. These idiots may cause us thousands of pounds worth of loss because their incompetence to carry out a simple task. The saga continues and hope that other people will read my comments and be wise enough not to deal with a truly pathetic organisation.
