I ordered pens from this company several weeks ago....they said my order was not able to be done as the imprint took up too many spaces...it did NOT....I checked and double checked it...I called, faxed, wrote...never heard any more...I finally disposed of my copy of the original order....today the order showed up! It is WRONG! It is mis-spelled...that is probably why they felt it took too many spaces...I had sent them a printed sample to go by so they would get it correct...

Can you help me? They ignored my order....after arguing with me about its accuracy...then it shows up....incorrect....meanwhile my "promotion" period passed....I do not intend to pay them as the mis-spelling is of my web address, and without it, the pens are useless..
