Hi, We bought one of the highly advertised and expensive Duxiana beds. Right after the warranty expired, in the fifth week of owning it, the mushy mattress began to cause back aches. Exactly.....w2e spent $8,000 in Vancouver Canda. Bed is terrible and there is no customer service. They play you to buy the best....then when you get the bed it is terrible
