Complaint is against Walgreens & Young America Rebate Processing. I'm totally disabled & several workers in 3 separate Walgreens stores in Wichita, Ks. & Newton, Ks. assisted me in filling out the Walgreens SuperSaver Catalog form & in finding & purchasing all the correct items I needed to qualify for "6" Free Movie Tickets.
I told them that Young America had cheated me before & that I wanted to make absolutely sure that everything was right on my form & receipts. I was assured that nothing could possibly happen, because I was purchasing EVEN MORE THAN I NEEDED TO QUALIFY. I received my tickets today & they sent "2" instead of the "6" I qualify for. They stated: "Incorrect Qty Purchased-No rebate" & "Wrong Size/Wrong Product-No Rebate" I have copies of everything & I'm filing complaints with the Federal Trade Commissin & with the Attorney General's Office after June 30th 2005, if I don't receive the additional "4" Movie Tickets that I'm owed or equal compensation for them! Complaints will be filed against both Walgreens, who ADVERTISED the rebates & Young Americas, who PROCESSED the rebates! Delight
