after being told to pay a balance of $2.72 to pay off complete card I now sit in front of me with a bill for $48.00 dollars.

If this company needs to rip off its customers and not provide customer service (ONE ASSININE MR. MOORE TO BE EXACT) to a long standing patron..........I would encourage everyone to avoid any purchases from Sears or its newly acquired co kmart

Hope to see them in bankruptcy court very soon.
