To whom it may concern I have been with the NRMA for 35 years, this includes all my insurance needs, house, contents, cars, boat, I am now experiencing difficulty in getting my car repaired, having received a claim no recently being anecr0531297, at the time I was advised that Polo Smash Repairs at Mona Vale are registered NRMA repairers, I knew this from past experience, as I have always trusted their work and I don't want to take my car anywhere else. I have since been informed by the owner that Polo and all other smash repairers on the Northern beaches except for four companies are all in dispute with the NRMA. I am absolutely appalled at the conditions the NRMA are now trying to impose on these smash repairers and I am totally in agreement with their stance. I now cannot get my car repaired by Polo who have been doing repairs for NRMA since 1991, until this dispute has been settled. This situation is totally unacceptable and if it's not resolved in the immediate future I will be taking ALL my insurance needs to another company.
