Pizza Hut - Nats and Dirty Place

A friend and I went out for pizza July 5,2005 in Coshocton, Ohio..We decided to go to Pizza Hut, because previously we had eaten there and had no "major" problems. We sat down and waited 15 mins for a server, before I got up to ask a worker if they were still open. The lady said yes, and got another lady. When I sat back down this lady walks up with pure attitude on her face. She stood there without saying a word for about 15 seconds, just glaring at us, and then she finally asked us by saying "what do you want"....

We gave her our Order and about 5 mins later she returned to our table with our Pepsi and tea...I tasted the pepsi and it was very flat and so I asked my friend to go get me a water. While he was gone I started noticing nats flying around our table. Within 10 mins, we were sitting there killing nat after nat. We happened to look at the server tearing down the salad bar and seen nats all over the produce. We were quite discusted...Then we noticed our server had pulled our pizza out of the oven and then put in our cheesy bread..We were wondering why she forgot to put in our chessy bread, considering we were her only guest in the whole restraunt...About another 5 mins goes by, we are still killling nats, and then started dropping into our drinks. So my friend got up to go let them know about the problem, because our server never came back to check on us.

THey gave him another tea, and when he sat back down I told him I just couldnt stay any longer. We waited way too long for food, and not only that, but we felt unwanted and were being "bugged" by nats. So we got up and walked to the counter again and told a lady we wanted our food to go. She said sure, and we told her why. Her excuse was, "we got a new floor last year, and we think the nats are comming from the floor.". We were really grossed out by then. She also said the reason the pop was flat was because, something had broke on the pop machine, but it had gotten fixed, however she forgot to change the syrup. She let us know we were not the first people to complain about the bugs, and dirty place, not to forget the soda. We thought she would give us the food free considering what we went through. This is the worst dinning experience I have EVER had. We paid full amount and left..When we got home to open the pizza we noticed it was real soggy and just bad tasting. We will never go into Pizza Hut again, here in Coshocton....It was too disturbing for me. They need a real good cleaning job, and do something about the bugs..
