Subscribed to this service for a year and was actually happy with the value. However, they charged my renewal in May even though my membership year ended in July. They even sent my renewal notice to me in June with the notice that I had 30 days to cancel. Unfortunately there is no date on the renewal notice card so I cannot prove it was sent in June instead of May as they claim. Customer service said that was just the way it was in the system and would not remove the charge.
