Americas's Secret Cash Giveaways / Communications Publishing

I received a Flyer in mail requesting I purchase Americas’s Secret Cash Giveaways from Communications Publishing. I sent a money order for $ 23.90. $19.95 plus $3.95 postage and handling. I mailed it off within the 5 days as requested to get my extra 18 bonus booklets. The money order was cashed by Communications Publishing, on May 18, 2005 but I received nothing in mail for my money. I believe this Company is a scam. Please advise me on what I need to do. Is The Federal Government investigating this company? They should. The only Free giveaway is my money for nothing in return, sounds like someone is getting rich off suckers like me. Jerry
