Sprint PCS Sprint PCS
I have been a sprint customer for years now and have always had a problem with them. My bills are never just what they should be. Anyway, here my problems:
1) My phone keeps getting cut off with no warning. I will even call customer service and learn about some bill that I didn't know existed and asked the customer service rep is my phone in danger of being turned off. They say no and then a couple of days later it's off. I used to at least get a voice mail letting me know that this was going to happen so then I can make arrangement to keep the phone on.
2) The last time my phone was cut off was for $20.49. I told them that I would be getting paid like 4 days after the cut off date and asked can I have until then. They said no it will be turned off. Not to mentioned that I just paid like $220 to get it back on and two weeks later they are telling me that I owe another $20. Why wasn't I told that when I paid the $220? This was not the first time that I paid a large bill and then sprint comes back 2 or 3 weeks later saying I owe more or my phone is going to be turned off.
3) Well I paid the $20 but didn't have change. The customer rep told me on the phone that the phone would not be cut back on until I paid the .50 cents. I had to go back up to the Sprint store to pay 50 CENTS. The Spring rep in the store was so embarrassed by this treatment that he paid the 50 cents for me and gave me the sprint e-mail address (which I promptly e-mailed and have received no response) and told me to complain because this is not the first time sprint has done petty things like this.
4) Then I bought a new phone a year ago and I was due a $150 rebate. Sprint gave me the run around for so long about this rebate I said forget it. Well on one of my many trips to the Sprint store for yet another problem the manager offered to help me get my rebate. She was on the phone for over 30 min. trying to get this rebate. One of the reasons why they would not give me the rebate was because they still had me listed as a business. I have been calling Sprint for over a year telling them that I am no longer a business each representative would tell me ok I'll change it and the problem still remains.
5) Why is it that you can talk to 3 different customer service reps about your bill and get 3 different answers? I have even had customer service reps admit to me they dont know why I am being charged something or they will say that they have called to check their min. through the phone and it will give them wrong minutes making them go over their plans.
6) My largest problem though in spite of the horrible treatment I've received, is my bills. Why is it that my bills are never what they are supposed to be? They are always over and not over a few dollars, significantly over. Like this month my bill is $80 over. This is outrageous! And now sprint has started this new thing saying that when you call your voicemail to check your messages it is not a PCS to PCS call and it is taking from your minutes because the person who left the message doesn't have a PCS phone. What kind of crap is this.
This is not making wireless easy for me. My ear pieces never work. Sprint is always dropping my calls and I can't get service everywhere. No one that I know that has Sprint is happy with them for the same complaints mainly they will cut your phone off with no warning. Not to mention the horrible lines when you go into the store just to buy a simple accessory-you can't just walk up to a cashier. I just bought my phone a year ago and I have to go through so much just to get a text message and I am being told that I have to buy another phone because my phone is out dated. This is outrageous- I paid like $300 for this phone. I am not a very happy customer of Sprint right now. Why is it that every time you change your plan you have to commit to another 2 year contract, 2 YEARS.
