Can not get an email address for Silverstone Pets Inc., DBA Pass Pets, LTD, customer relations/complaint department. They make you call (long distance in my case) or Fax information and generally the store manager (Springfield, IL) does not return calls in a timely manner. In other words, it is very difficult to make contact with their corporate level offices and I feel it is by design. Silverstone Pets, Inc.
