I have received a package from your company (which I have not opened). When I ordered your product, I specifically told the gentleman I was speaking to that I DID NOT WANT ANOTHER PRODUCTS. I informed him that I have physical problems. I am not able to do the exercises. I am in physical therapy.

I put in a call ( after holding for more than a half hour) and left a message for a supervisor, which I have not heard from any one. I will also file a complaint with the BBB, if this is not cleared.
