Have a 2001 Re certified Audi A6 2.7T

Purchased August 19, 2004. Since that day, I have put on 5,350 miles and had 58 total days in Audi shop with no less than 8 Audi repairs.

Audi sat on my car for 38 days in the shop and then refused to pay the nearly $1600.00 in rental car fees because I wanted arbitration with their BBB Auto Line service.

BBB Auto line rejected my lemon law claims on the pretense of "Sorry we dont rule on used cars"

I rejected their decision and by the rules of Audi ownership and the State of California, I went to BBB Arbitration, rejected their decision and now can take legal action. I want to "SERVE" Audi in Napa County California but having one heck of a time finding a Legal Agent for Audi of America in California.
