I have been with MCI for over a year. Now that I’ve moved, I called them to transfer the service. Besides the fact that every time I tried reaching them I ended up on hold for over half hour to 45 minutes, resulting me to hang up and start all over again; the customer reps that I spoke with each gave different information. Now that it’s been a month and I still can not use the phone in my new apartment, I call MCI one more time and gladly, I hold only for 20 min., unfortunately my excitement didn’t last since I reached a rude and a disrespectful rep, named Jane in the “moving dept”. She told me that it’s my own fault because I haven’t called another dept w/in MCI.

 

Well, guess what all the folks who “assisted” me before never told me to call that place. Nonetheless, Jane was unmoving in her determination not to remove the charge on my bill for the previous month for which I haven’t used the phone. So here I am asking to speak with her supervisor, she courteously tells that she’ll take my name and number and her manager, Done Hanson will call me back. Well, I already gave up hoping to receive Ms. Hanson’ phone call. However, now I will tell anyone and everyone I know, about the lousy MCI service!! Most of my friends and family is with MCI, well now not for long!! If you, MCI would like to fix up your failing reputation, then I need you to credit my account for the time that I haven’t used my phone.
