YES Network

For over a month now I have been trying to determine why I cannot get SAP on the YES Channel. I have no problem getting the Yankees on SAP when the game is broadcast by another channel nor do encounter any problems in getting othe programs on other channels. Yet, despite the fact that the YES channel advertises that one shold just press the SAP button, when I do this the broadcast continues in English instead of Spanish.

In correspondence with my cable provider. Cablevision, and the munufacturer of my television set, Sony, they indicate that the problem is not theirs. Emails to the YES Network and a letter to Tracy Dolgin, Yankees Entertainment and Sports Network CEO, have not had the courtesy of a response.

Any help with this situation will be greatly appreciated.
