HELLO: I WAS A CUSTOMER TODAY AT GAP RIVER CENTER MALL SAN ANTONIO TEXAS WAS REALLY DISSAPPOINTED WITH SERVICE THERE. WAS THERE FOR A WHILE AND NEVER WAS APPROCAHED OR GREETED. WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO GET SOME ASSISTANCE. BUT NO ONE EVEN BOTHERED TO COME ASKED. NOTICED THINGS WERE MOVED AROUND STEADY CUSTOMER AT GAP . IT WAS AROUND 11:15 A.M.

 

THERE WERE TWO WORKERS THERE NEITHER ONE CAME AND ASKED IF I NEEDED SOMETHING. I WOULD UNDERSTAND IF STORE WAS BUSY BUT ONLY MYSELF AND ANOTHERCUSTOMER WERE IN STORE AT TIME. THIS HAPPENED THURSDAY JULY 7. SO I TOOK BUSINESS ELSEWHERE HOPE THIS SITUATION GETS CORRECTED OR YOU MAY LOOSE MORE CUSTUMERS THIS WAY THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER
