During the past 2 weeks or so, I've been having problems accessing my e-mail. When I click on the mail icon, I hear a sound like "whoop" and nothing happens. Prior to about 2 weeks ago, this problem never existed. What has changed & how can I keep this from happening? I would appreciate a speedy response (provided, of course I can access the e-mail to read it!). Thank you.

After 'opening' email, will not allow me to 'delete' using 'check-box feature. I have to do them one-by-one! Also,if in email, it won't allow me to use 'back-button to go to home page! It just stays in email. Only way to get out is to close internet and start over, As of 6/9/08; I cannot access email by 'normal' function. The "only" way is to 'look-up "comcast email" site and access it through there.What is going on?
