Complaint for: Company name is consumerinfo.com This company charged our credit account for $79.00 to renew my husband’s service for the free credit report capability. This charge was performed without my husband’s approval. They had already charged us once for the beginning of the service, but the second charge was unbelievable and without authorization. We wrote to try to stop the service for my husband, but www.consumerinfo.com has made this a very difficult task and we have not been successful to this date. Sincerely,
