Direct Satellite Network Solutions contacted me in May 2004 about a promotional offer of a DVD Home Theater System after 6 months with Direct TV. They have used several different excuses as to why it has not yet been delivered. I filled out all the paperwork and mailed it on December 6, 2004.

 

The unit was promised in February 2005, then March I was then told that the units were on backorder. I called them again in May 2005 and was told that it would be shipped by the end of June. When I didn't receive the unit then, I called and they could not give me a tracking number or when it would be shipped. Please help!!!
