I was contacted by Direct Satellite Network Solutions, if I signed up for Direct TV Satellite, I would receive a free home surround system. First, I was told I would receive it after having service for five months. When i called back after five months, I was told it was six. After six months i was told then that I would have to show proof. I letter was mailed to me, which i never received and had to get another letter sent. I filled out their form, sent proof, and a month after, still no surround system. I called again was told they were on back order and shipping late, they would ship in a month.

 

Two months alter I called them again, It has shipped out on May 28th. This is now July and I called again, it still hasn't shipped! I can't get anyone to answer the phones, their call hold times are 10 minutes or more. I have left messages in their off hours and was told that the mangers never check those messages or call people back. So I asked to speak to a manger (again) and was put....right into their voicemail that they never check or return calls from. I am on hold again, stuck back into the que. I think it is appaulling that a company like Direct TV would associate with someone who generates as many complaints as Direct Satellite Network Solutions. I called Direct TV about the issue, they said they can't do a thing. Wouldn't even try. I am calling the better business bureau. Click this link to e-mail the message author: Email User
