Cablevision: adding unsolicited charges

Cablevision, headquartered in The Bronx, NY.

All of a sudden, I noticed a $4.95 monthly charge on my bill. It was for HBO On Demand and the ladies I spoke to said that I had called their Sales Office and ordered that service.

NEVER happened, believe me.

After a l-o-n-g phone call, a supervisor agreed to remove the 3 or 4 month's worth of charges.

I have contacted this complaint-website to caution everyone to carefully peruse your invoice. I became lazy about that and have learned my lesson.
