Sprint Sprint
I have been a sprint customer for almost 5 years now. At the same time i also had a contract with Cingular Wireless. Well i decided to cancel my contract with Cingular and open up another line with Sprint. Well since i've done that i've had nothing but problems. First the guy that I spoke to on the phone said that my phone would be 30.00 but i didn't have to pay it right away. It would be on my bill. Well i waited for my phone it never came so I called Sprint. Well they told me that it had been denied because i did not pay the 30.00. The guy i spoke to did not tell me I had to pay then. It seems to me that the customer service representitives for sprint do not know what their talking about. So when i called i then gave them a check over the phone. Well i ended up getting two phones.
So i sent the second one back. About a week and a half later they shut my phone off. I called to complain the guy that i spoke to said they never received the phone back then i asked him to tranfer me to someone hight then him cause it seemed that he did not know what he was talking about. He instead hung up on me. I then called back and spoke to some lade she also told me that they did not receive the phone back and i told her that i sent it about a week and a half ago and i have a conformation slip showing that i sent it back. She then put me on hold for a long time. When she came back on the line she tells me that they did receive my phone back and that they will turn my service back on. "All of a sudden huh"
The next month i get my bill and i see that they are over charging me 30.00. They are charging me for things services that i did not ask for and also for things that they say will be free for two months. Why say that they will be free for two months then charge me for them.
Now my Sanyo 8200 Phone got wet and is now broken. My sister gave me a phone to borrow for now so I transferred my number to this phone. I called lock line to get my phone replaced they tell me I have insurance however it takes 21 days which doesn't make sense to me. When I first purchased the phone I told them I wanted the insurance on my phone. Obviously they didn't add it now that's my problem??? Well now they will not replace my phone that I want replaced. I am so fed up with sprint and all their little scams they have going on. I need to contact the corporate office but i'm not to sure on how to go about doing that.
