The following is an email that I sent to Mor Furniture after waiting on hold for a customer service rep: My order for a couch finally arrived yesterday, after a wait of over 5 hours. I was given a window of 3pm – 7pm to wait for delivery, which I agreed to, but was surprised to have my furniture arrive around 8:15pm that night. Not only was the delivery late, the couch backing has several areas where the staples have already popped out and the backing is separating from the couch. After what I thought was a pleasant experience in the store, the actual delivery of my product was been very inconvenient. When I called the store to state the problems I was having, the person I spoke with said that I would need to call their delivery service because they have no control over the matter.

 

I called the delivery service, but was immediately placed on hold. After several minutes of waiting, I decided to try writing an email since customer service does not seem to be a top priority through a phone. It was my intention to return to Mor Furniture to complete the furnishings in my home, but due to these unpleasant occurrences, I will most likely not return, nor will I be referring your store to friends or family.
