Investigate the way this company is doing this "recall".

 

They are forcing us to buy a new coffeemaker due to their mistake.

 

Any reputable firm would have been glad to ship a new unit and bill to my card at full price until the old one was received. At which time they could credit the difference in retail price and the discounted price of the replacement coffeemaker.

 

But Bunn insists that they want move from their predetermined plan used by many companies to replace defective goods.

 

I think Bunn has devised a "plan" to sell coffeemakers.
