Skye Alexander, astrologer

I sent Skye Alexander, astrologer, a check for about $24.00 for an astrology report and she did not send same and also didn't refund my money. I only realized when it was too late that she gave no reurn address in her literature. She is, however, shown on a complaint website. What shall I do now? It was stupid on my part and I'm usually much more careful, but is this a hopeless case?
