Dear Sir, Your silence on my numerous complaints, has proved all my complaints against you as correct, as you have failed to explain even a single point. Till date there is zero improvement in the services, since more than one month of my twice daily complaints. I simply demand error free, seamless, reliable & disconnection free Internet connectivity & correct billing on the two Walkeys booked by me. But again & again, over & above the more frequent disconnections several times each hour, Internet connectivity going to sleep/ hibernation, despite continuous pings to two separate web servers; the rate of data packet loss have shoot up to 50% plus & the statistics of error count has shoot up to 1100 plus per Minute, which proves my point that your Internet connectivity has gone to Dogs in Nashik. Please note that by sending me bills with fraudulent & excess billings with your malafide intentions to make me run away from your services, shall not succeed. You are required to send the duly corrected bills in the next billing cycle, as promised by your call centre staff on my complaints. You are also required to extend the last day of payments of all my bills by one month & do not dare to disconnect any of my phones, as all this is purely due to the mess created by you. You have yet to start to earn your first rupee of your bill, by starting the error free, seamless, reliable & disconnection free Internet connectivity. Till date you have earned ZERO rupees in billing, due to daily deficiency in services, despite my several complaints daily from first day of connection. You have also failed to provide two extra sets of "Batteries", to take care of long hours of power cuts, as already complained. You are finally required to provide the same now within 24 hours, keeping in mind connections for CUG and Unlimited Internet on WALKYs require extra sets of "Batteries". Pls respond by Registered Mail/ Speed Post only & clarify before you conclude anything, based on misinformation feed from your staff based at Nashik. awaiting your response today to sort the matter to my entire satisfaction. I simply want error free, seamless, reliable & disconnection free Internet connectivity & correct billing. pls improve your services finally from today, as I have already waited for more than one month now. Please solve my all the complaints today by 6 PM positively. Your silence shall compel me to post my all complaints on www.mouthshut.com today after 6 PM, at your risks, costs, responsibilities & resultant avoidable adverse publicity to your products. hope that you shall not compel me to put the entire storey on www.mouthshut.com , which is already full of complaints on horrible services by Tata Tele Maharashtra Ltd. In the meantime, please let me know as to why I should not claim compensation for maintaining two additional seperate BSNL landlines for voice calls (CUG/ Centrex), data access (Unlimited Internet) and also charges for using Unlimited Internet from other ISPs like BSNL, Sify, Dishnet etc., booked at very hevy costs, due to deficiency in your services, as already reported. Also please let me know, as to why I should not claim damages for the huge losses sufferred by me & my family members in Internet Trading on BSE/ NSE caused due to the deficiency in your services, as already reported. Also please let me know, as to why I should not claim compensation of say Rupees one lac per hour, for the mental tension, harassment etc. due to the deficiency in your services, as already reported.
