These guys are major rip offs.

1. I put 4 DVDs in their shopping cart, but never purchased them. Because they had my CC number, they charged me for them and sent them to me.

2. They don't keep you informed after you make a transaction. Why? I think because they don't want you to be able to contact them easily. And it isn't easy to contact them.

3. They list movies credited to actresses who are not in those movies.

If they have you CC number I suggest you cancel you CC.

This complaint is bogus. There is a "Process Order" button on Excalibur's shopping cart. If you select it, the order will still need to be confirmed. If you don't... it sits in the cart for several days before the items are no longer reserved for your order and will be put back into their general stock. As of Excalibur's contact information... click Help on the lower right "Website Links" of any of their web pages and the first thing you see is their customer service phone number, email, and office hours. As a customer for several years, I really hate seeing someone knocking a really good business.

I have been purchasing movies from these guys going on 15 years now, and have never been "Auto billed". You have to go through an order submission process, and after submitting an order, you get an "order confirmed" thank you for placing an order screen. THEN they send you an email telling you the orders' been placed. Even after that, you can still call them up and cancel the order before it is processed and shipped out. Your experience has to be unique, because I've never had trouble.
