Subject: Porter chevrolet .newark has nasty trucks

I just recently purchased a Dodge truck from Porter Chevrolet in Newark De....when we test drive the truck there was no check engine light on......right after i purchased the truck,as i drove off the lot the yellow check engine light came on......the salesman said we will fix it dont worry, Dodges always have bad gas caps.i took it to auto zone and it coded with an emissions code.my son who is a ford mechanic said take it and let them fix it........we did and 3 days later i got to drive my new truck again.....it rides rough....smells of dampness and has lumpy seats... the intrior was dirty ...ther cup holders sticky from lord knows what.this was after they said let us clean it for you before you take it home......

I paid 20,000 plus for my 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 crew cab 35,000 miles.......now heres the best part.my husband about a week later paid 18,000 plus for a 2004 with 6800 miles.infinity stereo,radio cantrols on the steering wheel and clean as a whistle.runs like a dream.....I've got a lumpy bumpy.....rough running truck at the price of $359.00 a month......my hubby pays $318 a month..grante he put more down........NOW HERES THE CLINCHER.......I WANTED TO TRANSFER MY TAGS...THEY PUT ON A TEMP TAG AND SAID I WOULD GET MY TAG WHEN THE TEMP TAG RAN OUT..MY TAGS CAME IN THE MAIL....A STICKER AND A REGISTRATION CARD.NO LICENSE PLATE.I CALLED THEY HAD NO IDEA WHERE MY PLATE WAS.....SAID IF THEY CANT FIND IT THEY WILL GET ANOTHER ONE......

MY HUSBAND HAS HIS TAG AND REGISTRATION AND PLATE..this is not the fault of our salesman Dave who started the deal before he went on vacation but the goof ups of the sales managers down there.....needless to say I dont like my truck and am very displeasesed with the service and condition of it.......it didnt stink when i first turned on the air conditioning.but it does now.....my husbands check engine light is also on.its gotta get fixed too.......we have bought 5 vehicles from Porter and thats why we went back....my son works for ford and we coulda got a better deal with nice clean , good smelling running cars.but we liked what Porter had before so we went back.....I wanna trade this Dodge I have in .its awful.they can camoflouge anything it seems....its like driving a tank....gues im stuck with it for sure.....lotta money for something I dont like....well thats my complaint.would like to e-mail Mr Porter but dont know how..thank you
