They sent me three and charged me for three, I returned the two extra unwanted ones and requested a refund of 39.90 which I have been charged for these. To date I am still waiting for my refund. This is despite numerous e-mails and

letters all of which have been ignored (due to personal reasons I am unable to telephone them). This company has almost forty pounds of my money and is unwilling to return it to me and so is totally ignoring me and I am at a loss as to what to do next.
