I am extremely upset. My daughter is a college student and was lured into financianing a computer with you. You have taken advantage of her and and several of her friends. The interest rate she is paying is completely unreal. She has never missed a payment or been late, pays more than the minimun, and still pays $35.00 out of every $50.00 on interest. She has paid almost $420.00 in payments and less than a$100.00 has come of the balance.

How can you justified stealing college students money like this. Shame on you! I will never buy another dell product and will tell every person I know about your unlawful practices. I hope the owner and the top people, that I am sure isn't trying to get through college without owing a hugh debt can sleep at night. I worry about this every day. I just don't understand how a major corporation can get away with this.
