C2i2.com is an internet service provider. C2i2.com took out 2 unauthorized transactions from my checking account. I canceled the account via email and regular mail April 27, 2005 per their policy. They claim that they didn’t receive the cancellation notices. I have not accessed this provider for internet nor email in the past 3 months. Then out of the blue, my checking account has 2 transactions in the amount of $17.95 and $35.90 taken out on 7/6/05. I called the local office and they referred me to their Utah technical and billing support. I was not allowed to talk to the supervisor personally.

I gave all my backup information and they said there was nothing they could do about it. I have also filed a claim thru my bank as well as the Better Business Bureau. These transactions have put my account into the negative in which I have incurred a service charge of $33.00. I have the emails and a backup copy of the cancellation memo I sent from April 2005. What are my rights? This company has committed fraud against me and they won’t do anything about it.
