I bought a compaq presario desktop pc SR1430IL from Landmark Technologies, Noida, India, on 03/27/2005 assuming that it is one of the best pcs available in the market. The pc was for INR 31500/- They promised me a one year on site maintenance with the PC. Unfortunately, since then my PC never worked properly. It is a 2.93 GHz, 256 MB, 40GB, PC, which is suppose to be very fast. It is an extremely slow PC, the sound never worked properly from the day I have bought that. On asking the dealer they said there is some problem in the motherboard and I need to contact HP directly. On contacting them they never handle the situation efficiently. Kindly help if possible.
