sweepstake prize

One evening I got a phonecall telling me I won 5000.00 in the pchsweepstake.

the person said that they would come by to take a photo of me on the 31st. of this then he said another phonecaller would call with the cofermation number and tell me the number when the other caller called he wanted the name of my bank and account number. As luck would have it I'm not that stupid to give out that information. Have I won or not.
