Hello, I would just like people to know of the shoddy service we were the victims of @ LAX on a late July 4, 2005 evening. Reservations for "immediate pickup" had been made prior to our vacation departure. While the Super Shuttle trip to LAX was prompt and the service was very pleasant, the attempt to make it home via Super Shuttle was frustrating enough that I won't use Super Shuttle again (I'd banned it before for 10 years after two no show experiences). We followed our Super Shuttle instructions upon arrival at LAX to the letter, but it turned out that
