Dear Sir/Madam, This is with reference bad customer care from one of the maruti suzuki dealer in bangalore I went to MaRUTi Suzuki dealer in Bangalore named SAGAR automobile on 30th July 2005, for taking test drive for newly launced maruthi swift, I walked in around 545 PM and met of the executive , in turn they asked me to wait for a while since the demo car they have has gone for test drive with other customer, I asked how much time it will take and they told 10 - 15 minutes . I said OK and sat there waiting for my turn to come up. After an hour of waiting one of the executive came to me and took me near the demo car for test drive , I sat in drivers seat and was eager waiting for getting keys to go for test drive for most awaited car of the year, just then one of the executive ( by name Mr Mahesh ) came with other customer . I don't know was in the mind of that executive , he called the guy who took me near demo car for test drive and told me something ( which I was unable to hear), then the guy who took me for test drive came to me and told that other customer has come and they want those people to go for test drive.... To my frustation they made to wait for more than one hour and when time came they took me for test drive and told me to come out of the car and humiliated me . Is this the way to treat an esteemed maruti udyog customer and perspective maruti swift customer, Is there any body for accoutablity for treating ,customer like this...Who is to blame for all the delay and humilation from some thrid grade executives who treat customer shabilly.... Its really shame on part of Maruti Udyog for having people like employed at there authorised Dealers and get bad reputation.
