I accessed this co. site through using the terms "Hard to Find Candy Bars" in a key search. I was unable to bring this particular site up during broad searches for "Candy". I placed an order on line recently receiving an immediate response along w/ an order confirmation #. After 2 wks. I began to attempt tracking my order status. I noticed the following suspicions: no phone # provided for contact, only prompts to email messages to them. When returning any emails (including my initial order conf.), they block out their address replacing it w/ your own making the sender/receiver the same.

They did not respond at all to my polite email expressing concern for my missing order. Their address is listed only as a PO Box, offering no personal names whatsoever in affiliation w/ the co. I double checked the entire site for info. mentioning owners/partners names & nothing at all pertaining to such was provided. I then proceeded w/ a 2nd email (2 days later) threatening to contact the Better Business Bureau if they didn't respond to the 2nd attempt to reach them. I even gave them my personal hm. & cell #'s both times to contact me personally.

They responded w/ an unprofessional email explaining that 1 of the items on my order was out of stock & they had been trying to locate a secondary source. I included a simple message w/ my initial order stating the importance of my order being received for an upcoming wedding. Having this info. they never once attempted to reach me at all in any way. They proceeded to try & justify reasoning behind their actions for several paragraphs. In closing they notified that my info. was being blocked from their site for future purposes as I posed a threat to their business. Here is their info:
