I have been getting phone calls from theses people for months about a gym that I tried to cancel a membership to. They have threatened me over and over. They are very rude and never allow you to say anything. They have broken every law there is for fair debt collection. The last time they called me I was very upset because it was my son that they talked to and it wasn't very nice.

After learning of the call I called them back and talked to the man that had spoken to my son and informed him that I will not tolerate anyone talking to my children the way that he did and I am checking to legal matters for his threats. I was told by him to shut up woman and he hung up on me. I have been given the laws from a lawyer on the fair debt collection and will be filing a complaint with the government over them.
