Motricity: I bought a license for "MobileWrite" yesterday, from your website.

 

When I go to register it, however, I get a message saying that the reg code doesn't match, and that I need to contact the vendor. Now, I'm trying to call, and keep getting dropped from the queue which allegedly leads one to a customer service agent. Apparently, you don't ever let a customer speak to an agent. The game goes like this: Dial your number, (800) 746 7646

Listen to 'we're sorry; we're unable to respond to your call at this time' Get a general voicemail mailbox. WHY LIE TO CUSTOMERS? WHY NOT JUST ADMIT THAT YOU DON'T OFFER SUPPORT BY PHONE? You are wasting our time AND being dishonest with us, after taking our money. If you think you'll keep customers this way, you're sadly mistaken. name: Nathan
