applevacations&usa3000: the worst experience ever. i got stranded in puertovallarta mexico with no help, no information, very few people speaking english it was terrible.i was scheduled for a flight saturday evening. i left my hotel sat july23,2005 at 520pm.arrived at the airport to find out my flight had been delayed . we were told our flight was delayed for 5hours. at first i thought that wasnt that bad then 5hrs turned into hrs and hrs. i looked up it was 2am and we hadnt eaten since 6pm. by now everything was closed no food no water and the airport was freezing. they had no pillows or blankets we were on the airport floors trying to keep warm.Then applevacations decides to load everybody back on a bus and then they proceeded to take us to a hotel lobby. still no food , no place to rest . the lobby was so crowded there wasnt anywhere to sit. now they tell us were gonna stay at the hotellobby til 530am. then 530am rolls around and were back to the airport again.

we get there to find out there is no flight we were delayed again. still no room.again were stuck in a cold airport no blankets or pillows just hard floors we had to spend hours on the cold airport floors again. By around 10am they loaded us up again to another hotel lobby. ME &MY BOYFRIEND were so tired once we arrived at this hotel we slept in to chairs for hrs and hrs. when we woke it was 3pm & we still were stranded at this hotel. at least we finally were able to eat. we were so tired we couldnt enjoy it. we were just ready to go home. so then after that they tell us at 430pm theyll pick us up to go back to the airport. once again we get to the airport & our flight was delayed this time they had no clue to the time wed be leaving. by now we our pissed& our hands our tied . we have no answers & no solutions. it was like we were in the dark the airline nor the applevacations showed no concern for us . at this point i will never use applevacations or usa3000 again .
