T-mobile PocketPC Phone My wife bought a family plan from T-mobile with a PocketPC Phone edition for myself. I loved it for the multiple functionalities integrated into one. However what we were not ready for was the "frequent breakdowns" that the PocketPC had. Each time would require multiple hours with Customer Service and then with other departments in data services etc before they would recommend us to wait for a replacement phone. Now the replacement phone would arrive and we would ship the old/defective phone. However this experience almost became a routine. In one of these conversations, we we discovered that they have withdrawn the phone itself so the customer service supervisor agreed to send me a replacement phone which is a different version. Days Later when I checked up they had no records and I had to re-engage in the same discussion. Things became so frustrating that I started using a different instrument altogether, registered a complaint on BBB and even managed to contact one of their directors by mail. All this resulted in nothing but almost 20-30 hours of wasted efforts. Till date no resolution. Hope some litigation someday will wake them up from their slumber and teach them some lessons in customer service.
