My PSC wireless service just sold out to Alltel. Coincidentally, Alltel is my land line service. Well, its is much different in the wireless world. First off, WE have a "no roaming, no long distance "plan. Yet when we asked why our phone was always blinking roam, one man gave a card to our service person and stated, make sure they have this card and know that if the roam is steady and not blinking they will be charged and they will pay...this was definitely not on my plan brochure, Then by going to a face that I have known for over a year through PSC I find out they didn't program the phone with *228, which programs the phones to NOT roam at nearby towers that Alltel run off of. And the big wigs of Alltel who took over didn't know this...... Secondly, the phones we picked out wont keep a battery charge for over three hours. My husband has already them replace his, and it still leaks a charge without even using it... We get no signal where we live and we cant get on internet......
