While I live closer to Home Depot,Glendora I thank God for the Lowes in San Dimas!

When you only have 2 small items and you're in line for about 10 minutes and the checker is calling someone on the phone,that person comes to the checkstand,leaves and the situation is still NOT resolved,one can get pretty irritated!!! One checker,maybe 10 people in line,Do it yourself checking,(a poor excuse for genuine SERVICE) filled up then I thought it was time to step out of line and shop at Lowes!!! actually I'm still shopping there.

I'm not a big spender but the Makita Roto Hammer was a lot too me.It sure as hell isn't the checker's fault,but when you see so many checkstands NOT being used and everyone in line looking around and muttering,then I think that you have a piss poor job of management!!!
